A home/venue Toy Party generally takes about 3-4 hours total and guest list is your invites only plus our party rep. Tailor your party to suit you and your guest’s tastes. We have presented at everything from a bar-b-que and margarita casual event to a champagne and caviar formal style affair. We gladly take product requests and tailor the quantity and type of items we bring to suit you and your guest’s desires. We also have a special method of facilitating bachelorette parties by using our order sheet as a registry.
Forbidden Fruit now offers In-Store Parties as well! If you dont have a venue, we would love to host your party right in our store, after hours of course, and provided you’re 21+, its BYOB!
There is no fee or charge for having a party, however we do request a minimum of 10 guests and/or a guaranteed NET sale of $350. Our party presenters are commissioned sales people who will spend a minimum of 6-8 hours on the preparation, presentation and post party procurement of products and delivery, not to mention travel to and from the party place. They are Sexperts with a wealth of knowledge and aim to make your party sexy, fun and informative!
- We can include icebreaker games and prizes, at no additional charge upon request. Some hostesses like these games to loosen the crowd up and get the party started, others prefer to cut to the chase and get straight to the goodies! Either way, we customize the party to fit YOUR wishes.
- Hostess incentive – You will receive a gift in the form of store credit, that you can use at the party or at the store, based upon a sales percentage – 10% of net sales. Use it yourself, share with a co- hostess or give as a gift! We have had some hostesses make over $100 in gift credit!
- Most commonly and due to the amount of product we bring, the majority of orders cannot be filled until the next day. Whenever possible, we will sell some items from the demonstration kit, if the purchaser pays with cash. All orders will be discreetly packaged, labeled with buyer’s name and delivered to the hostess who then re-distribute the packages to the guests.
- We can Host a Party In-Store:
Weeknights from 7 to 9pm
Fridays & Saturdays from 9 to 11pm
Sundays 6 to 8pm (Except on scheduled workshop nights)
- We prefer 10 guests or more for a party. This way, we can ensure that everyone gets a 20% discount on merchandise. If you are unable to fill the guest minimum, let us know. Usually, this means that we cannot offer as large of a discount. Every guest receives 20% off all purchases, free goodie bag, and a coupon for future purchase
- BYOwhatever! Feel free to bring your own snacks, beer, wine or champagne. We will check IDs to make sure all imbibers are 21 and over!
